The best way to make progress towards your fitness goals is through one-on-one personal training. With this option we develop a plan for YOU to reach your goals, whether it be losing weight/toning or bulking up/agility training. Group Training
Lacking a little motivation? Doing things on your own can be hard and tiring, especially when YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO!! Research has shown that working out with friends increases your likelihood to stick with it! If you have friends or family that want to get in shape, come and get healthy together while having FUN! Rates:

Boot Camp
If you’re an early bird and like to be a part of a class setting, Boot Camp may be the suitable choice for you! Groups are typically between 10-15 people, 2 days a week! Boot camp classes go for an hour, broken down into 10 minutes of stretching and 50 minutes of exercise. We can accommodate all types of people so if an activity is too hard, we can modify it in a way that works for you! Come be part of the Boot Camp family! Rates:
